Nutritional Therapy Practitioner | Dedicated Educator | Culinary Wellness Expert | Specializing in Perimenopause & Menopause Support | Sugar Detox Specialist
For over 25 years, I have dedicated myself to empowering minds, first as an educator shaping young lives from preschool through high school. Now, as a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I am on a mission to help women become their healthiest through the restorative power of food.
My journey is one of lifelong learning, blending a Master’s degree in Special Education with advanced certification in nutritional therapy, culinary wellness, and bio-individualized strategies. Because it is not what you know, but how you engage people, teach and partner with them, to make a real impact in their lives.
What began as a passion for teaching evolved into a deeper challenge: to bridge the gap between nutrition and the real, daily challenges of our everyday lives. Long before formal training, I immersed myself in the science of food, studying culinary traditions and the profound connection between what we consume and our well-being.
My own health transformation — resolving chronic digestive issues through targeted nutritional strategies — solidified my belief that food is the most powerful medicine we have. As a mother, educator, and health advocate, I believe I could amplify this impact to help others prevent disease, optimize energy, and thrive.
I am excited about merging my expertise in education with evidence-based nutritional therapy to help women reclaim their health and wellness. From strategies to help reverse metabolic disorders such as diabetes to supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, I teach clients how to harness food for energy, longevity, and disease prevention to help them healthier, fuller lives.
