Understanding Your Practitioner

What Is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP)?

How can I help?

An NTP is a detective of dysfunction, identifying nutritional gaps and crafting tailored plans to restore balance. Think of me as your health translator, turning science into actionable—and enjoyable—daily habits.

As a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I am your dedicated resource and guide. A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner or NTP is trained to help support you with nutritional and lifestyle strategies that address “im-balance” in your body and help you “re-balance” to achieve optimal health.

As an NTP, I focus on your bio-individuality. Everyone’s needs are different, we are all unique. So when it comes to nutrition, personalization is everything. When we work together, my focus and strategies are tailored to your goals, lifestyle, needs, and who YOU are as an individual. Nutritional Therapy is not a “one size fits all approach.”

I am your guide and partner walking beside you on your path to wellness and cheering for you along the way. I am here to support you when you have those moments of doubt or feel stuck. Together, we’ll work through barriers and generate strategies to get you back on track. I am with you every step of the way.

Please note, as an NTP, I do not diagnose or treat disease but focus on foundational nutrition and lifestyle support.

"Nutritional Therapy is not a one size fits all approach — your health journey is as unique as you are."

The NTP Difference

What an NTP does for you

A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner works with your whole body — not just your symptoms — to find lasting, root-cause solutions through food and lifestyle.

Identifies Root Causes

Rather than masking symptoms, an NTP digs deeper to uncover the nutritional and lifestyle imbalances driving your health challenges for truly lasting results.

Food-First Approach

Every recommendation centers on real, whole food — turning nutrient-dense eating into delicious, practical daily habits your whole family can enjoy.

Your Partner in Wellness

An NTP walks beside you every step of the way — cheering you on, working through barriers, and tailoring strategies specifically to your goals and lifestyle.
