When I’m not coaching clients or developing wellness programs, you’ll find me making nourishing meals for my family, because true health begins at home; one bite, one habit, and one smarter choice at a time.  My idea of the perfect day is spending the day listening to great tunes while cooking for everyone I love. The perfect ending of that day is when my family connects over these dishes. And if they join me in cooking, well, that’s an added bonus! 

And so welcome to Nourish & Dish. This is a space for you and all of us where we nourish our body, mind and soul, all while eating delicious food and of course having fun along the way…I am here to help you build a healthier future, and together, we will do just that!
